This blog may not be for fashion, travel and food alone but it’s also for successes. :) Last May 25 just the day before my special day :) held our Merchandising Team Building in a form of Sports Festival (I’ll be having another blog post for the whole event). Every one were so happy and excited and every one is cheering and applauding for their own set of favorites and teams. Battling for the champions, others just want to have fun and enjoy the camaraderie because hey it was really with so much wit and fun! Glad to belong and lead the team PINKARCHERS (composing of encoders, inventory clerk and buyers) equals B-E-S-T! They’re such a cooperative, not to mention the prowess they have in all the games, they really did so well….smart and brilliant, very energetic and most of all a very positive individuals. Fate may not lead us to be champions but we are already a champions in our heart having each and every one of us, we won the 1st slot over-all (hurrrryyyyyy! thanks God) and a cash price :). So what the next step to do after winning team? CELEBRATE SUCCESS!!!!!!!!! Right there guys?…lol! So here’s the evidence of our gastronomic feast of celebration and oh before I forgot thank you for your gifts and sweet messages on my special day it was really for keeps. See you around #pinkarchers ;)
When it comes to my outfit I’m always playful. I’m trying to match things that others might not be comfortable wearing or they doesn’t even think or try it would look perfectly good together. Just like this aztec + stripes + florals all prints together in one combo interesting outfit. The key is as a beginners and I’m always saying this is you always pick a color from the whole ensemble as your color for your footwear or bag maybe and go for minimal accessories so it won’t over shadow the whole thing. See? Fashion is not that scary yes it’s complicated and others may not be able to understand it but I believe we are all born with our own sense of fashion, we just differ in ways on how we choose to interpret it. For as long as you feel good and confident about it, bring it on baby! Welcome to the world of fashion complications ;) does it sounds good together? lol! And see it for yourself.
Hey hey heypebirthday to me! :) I tried my best to squeeze my schedules on my birthday last May 26 just to post this pictures during my natal day but due to the busy schedules and meeting of friends and team success after the team building we just had (I’ll be having another blog post for this) I failed to do so. Hey I’m 27 now but it felt like I’m 18 years young :) hahahaha…anyways I don’t celebrate fancy birthday. I usually spend it with my family and closest friends out-of-town to bond and to relax, to think and unwind and to thank God for the years of guiding, providing and loving me and now as I advance my age I know there are a lot more of opportunities God is in-store for me. For the last 26 years of my life, there has been so many ups and downs, I failed so many times in relationships, choices, etc.but still here I am standing still, moving forward and embracing life because hey the only constant in this world is “change” so you have to be armed for you to be able to continue the what we called “life” but don’t forget to enjoy life to its fullest. Hope you enjoy the pictures I will be sharing just like I do.

Celebrating with me is our pure pride and joy baby Jaden Blake.
It all paid off having lunch with workmates and take a breather from the stressful office works and indulge yourselves with good food aside from what we see at the cafeteria daily. Can you #dollybee offer another menus for us? :) LOL! thank God Moon Cafe has it all. And take note they offer very affordable menus with an unlimited rice. LOL! I told you, this blog is not just about my passion for fashion and travel, it’s also doing the things I love most eatingggggg.
Just last Holy Week I’ve given the chance to witness the celebration of the Lenten Capital of Visayas, Bantayan Island and discover it myself. It was a rough and tough journey though I still manage to be there before the celebration started with all those fortuitous events happened. It all paid off witnessing the kind of celebration they had. Based on my research, chos! ;) thanks to my best friend google it is located 136 kilometers (85 miles) by road and sea from Cebu City. It has 3 municipalities Santa Fe, Bantayan and Madridejos and 25 barangay. Bantayan Island is the seafood basket of Visayas and Mindanao since they are rich in marine resources. And I was mesmerized myself as tourist who joined and observed their Holy Week celebration and never did a moment my lenses failed me. I was in big “ow!” seeing those life-sized images and icons mounted on carrozza (float) richly decorated and brightly illuminated that depict various tableaux of Christ Passion and Station of the cross. The crowd of devotees and tourist is not that I expected. It was a super-duper über crowd :) They say that this is the only place in the Philippines (correct me if I’m wrong) that is allowed to eat meat based on the “Papal Indult” issued to the bantayanons. And who would have thought they still manage to celebrate it fabulously despite being affected by typhoon Yolanda, I truly believe it was their unfathomable faith and love for God who worked it out.
